Which tickets do I need?

You need at least one vehicle ticket and one person ticket.

Vehicle Ticket: Ticket valid for one vehicle at the Community Event 2027 including electricity and pitch
Person Ticket: Ticket valid for one person aged 15 and over including catering for the entire event, sanitary facilities, all activities and workshops
Children: Children up to and including 14 years participate completely free of charge and do not require their own ticket.

The official event starts on Friday, June 25th at 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay, please contact the campsite directly to book additional nights outside of our event allotment.

I bought a ticket - what happens next?

After your purchase, you will receive a link to our participant form via email. There, we will ask for details such as the exact number of people (incl. children), dietary preferences, and your vehicle setup to optimally plan pitches and catering. Please make sure to complete the form after your purchase.

How many seats are there?

The event is limited to 100 vehicles.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Immediately after successful booking, we will send you your confirmation via email. In it, you will also find the link to the participant form for information regarding your participation (number of people, setup, diet,..)

Can I order a vehicle ticket and multiple passenger tickets together?

Yes, you can book all necessary tickets for your crew or family together in a single order.

Can I book additional tickets later?

Yes, you can order additional passenger tickets at any time in the shop - provided that the additional person fits into your existing vehicle setup. If the person wishes to arrive with their own vehicle, they will definitely need their own vehicle ticket.

Note: Vehicle tickets are subject to a strict limit of 100 pitches. Once this quota is fully booked, no further vehicles can be added.

What sanitary facilities are available on site?

Sanitary facilities with showers and toilets are available to you continuously on the campsite at Lütschesee.

Do I absolutely have to own a Roof Space roof tent?

This event is an exclusive gathering for our Roof Space Community. Therefore, a prerequisite for participation is owning a Roof Space roof tent on your vehicle.

Are dogs allowed at the event?

Yes, four-legged friends are very welcome! Leashes are compulsory throughout the entire grounds. Please also remember to use dog waste bags to keep the area clean.

What are the catering options on site?

With the Person Ticket, you'll be well-catered for all weekend. We start on Friday with a communal dinner, enjoy three full meals on Saturday - from breakfast to lunch and dinner - and round off the event on Sunday with a relaxed breakfast. All drinks are fully included throughout the entire event.

Are there ways to expand or customize the roof tent?

Our Roof Space 2 offers a variety of customization options, including an inflatable awning, a sunshade, and a mosquito net for panorama mode. These enhancements can be effortlessly integrated into the tent ecosystem and significantly expand the usable area of the tent. They provide additional space, more versatility, and the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air in panorama mode while keeping annoying insects away – for an even more comfortable camping experience.

Is the roof tent theft-proof?

Our roof tents can be equipped with optional safety features such as lockable zippers and security buckles to deter theft.

Which roof rack can I use?

You can use any roof rack that is compatible with your vehicle model and has a maximum load capacity of at least 75 kg. However, we advise against clamp-on roof racks that hook into the door.

May I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks anytime, according to your own taste.

Are special dietary requirements catered for?

Yes. Please indicate your dietary preferences (whether classic, vegetarian, or vegan) in the participant form that you will receive with your order confirmation, so that we can take them into account when planning meals.

Do you offer assembly videos or instructions for your roof tents?

Yes, detailed assembly instructions are included with the Roof Space 2, and installation videos are available on our YouTube channel to assist with setup

Is there a fixed schedule or is participation voluntary?

All program items (workshops, lectures, live music) are invitations, not obligations. You can shape your weekend exactly as you wish – whether fully immersed in the action or relaxed by the lake.

What exactly does the program look like?

The final program for 2027 is currently being finalized. The past few years offer a taste of what's to come: The day started with morning yoga or a running session, followed by sports & action like volleyball, table tennis, badminton, and the special football match "Community vs. Roof Space Team" (with roof tents as goals!).

Additionally, there were inspiring live travel talks and a variety of workshops – from rope techniques, fire-making, and archery to the perfect barista coffee and ideal outdoor pizza, as well as a creative and painting corner.
